Checkweigher designed for the weighing of raw dough, which production lines require great reliability, resistance, and considerable flexibility. Portion weights can be affected by a number of variables, including changes in the dough, product temperature, density. The checkweigher communicates in feedback with the dividers to compensate for those variables, continuously fine-tuning each dough portion to verify the right weight, with no operator intervention. The belts are made with materials that prevent the dough from sticking and is also equipped with rubber scrapers for cleaning in moving of the conveyor belt, residual discharge below.
